Week 12 Recap: #7tormsComing vs. Legion of Whom

We kick off Week 12 with Lt. Kevin meeting with SFPD Police Commissioner Loeb.

Commissioner Loeb
You've done well for yourself, Lieutenant.
You and your unit have had quite the successful season.
Det. Joyce Greggs has clinched a playoff spot.
Det. Tai McLuu leads the league in points and appears to be headed to the playoffs.
Det. Minh is right behind him.

Lt. Kevin
We've done pretty well so far.
But there's still work to be done if we're to ensure that an SF Cousin doesn't win the league this year.

Commissioner Loeb
That's very good, Lieutenant.
It's too bad that this has to come to an end.

Lt. Kevin
Oh, we're still in it, Commissioner.
D'justin Barksdale withdrew his testimony, but with a little more time.
We think we can convince him to reconsider.
Kenneth Bell's team is pretty good, but I think we'll take them in the regional.

Commissioner Loeb
Well, not if we have anything to say about it.
Just let us handle everything.
Baugh is out and you're in.
Wrap up the case, Lieutenant.
You've got the main target, Jesse Barksdale.
Finish what you have and close the case.

Lt. Kevin
Sir, with all due respect.
All we got on Jesse Barksdale is attempt to purchase.
With that, all we got in Barksdale finished for the season and locked up throughout the summer.
He won't do any real time and Kenneth Bell gets to walk.
Without D'justin's testimony, Kenneth will get a spot in the playoffs and chance to win the title.
That's not good enough for me.
We need more time.
And sir, if this has anything to do with President Trump and his grudge with The Baugh...

Commissioner Loeb
I said wrap it up.
The Baugh isn't even from Seattle.
He's a San Francisco cousin and his Mustang unit should have nothing to do with the SFPD.

Lt. Kevin
The Baugh is a federal agent.
We had no choice but to move forward with his unit.

Commissioner Loeb
And I am telling you, these instructions are coming from an authority even higher than the FBI.
Arrest Barksdale and call it a day.
Quit while you're ahead, Lieutenant.

Lt. Kevin
With all due respect, this is bullshit.

Singles Match
Covfefe vs. Rockson's Team

Back in the SCGD unit, Det. Tai goes over film on Rocksonberg,

Det. Tai
How could the son of a bitch just disappear?
Where has he gone to?

Ed
Mr. Berg. You are here.
Welcome to New Hampshire.

Ed
Your season is done, Mr. Berg.
But perhaps you can get ready for next season.
Maybe do better than an auto draft next year.

Rocksonberg
...

Ed
So what brings you into town?
Business or pleasure?

Rocksonberg
Business.
Always business.

Winner via Pinfall:
Rockson's Team

Rocksonberg picks up the Week 12 win.
He's avoided serious jail time, but his season is over and he is mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

Lt. Kevin
Where's the rest of the unit?
I have something to announce to everyone.

Det. Tai
Joyce is out scouting Prop Vinny.

Lt. Kevin
Well call her back in.
We're wrapping up the case today.
We have a warrant out for Jesse Barksdale arrest this afternoon.
McLuu, you're coming with.

Det. Tai
Lieutenant?
The fuck are we doing that for?
Jesse Barksdale would only go away for a year.
We're not done yet.

Lt. Kevin
I said we're done.
This is coming from Commissioner Loeb.

The Baugh
No it's not.
It's coming from President Trump.

Singles Match
Better than the 9ers vs. Sarcastaball

Det. Joyce
I'm not sure we're gonna be able to catch Prop Vinny doing much.

Det. Joyce
5-6. 11th place.
No Greek, no distribution.
At least he won't be any trouble for the rest of this season.

Prop Vinny
Another unsuccessful season, I'm afraid.
Without The Greek, we're back to square one.
We won't be able to sustain the Co-Op.
And Fantasy Mangers will go back to fighting over corners.
The last shipment should hold us over, but we'll have to stretch ration our meals until The Greek gets back on his feet.

Michael Crabtree is disappointed in the season.

Winner via Pinfall:
Better than the 9ers

Det. Joyce
Maybe... just maybe we can find the location of their last shipment.

Singles Match
#7tormsComing vs. Legion of Whom

Det. Tai
Aw, this is bullshit Lieutenant.
We should be taking this asshole down for a lot more than attempt to purchase.

Lt. Kevin
I know it.
But it's chain of command, McLuu.

Jesse Barksdale
Shit. Man.
If they got a wire in here, they got us saying all kinds of shit.
What's up with Levy?

Kenneth Bell
He said he's gonna meet us down there.

The Baugh and the SCGD unit make their way into Barksdale's office.

The Baugh
Look at these two roody poos.
Jesse Barksdale and Kenneth "Stringer" Bell.
You two candy asses been running around San Francisco like you run this bitch.
Well The Baugh says this, there's only one son of a bitch that runs this city.
And that's the trail blazing, eyebrow raising, take you to school and drop you off in class,
so Amari Cooper can drop 30 points on your ass!
The Baugh!
And that's why The Baugh came here persoanlyl to slap the taste off your lips.
And stick his size 13 boot straight up your candy asses!

Jesse Barksdale
Sound like police brutality.

The Baugh
Book his ass.

Jesse Barksdale surrenders and Lt. Kevin puts the handcuffs on him.

Lt. Kevin
You have the right to remain silent.
Everything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law.

Kenneth Bell turns around surrendering as well.

Det. Tai
Catch you later.

Barksdale and Bell exchange a glance.

Winner via Pinfall:
#7tormsComing

Jesse Barksdale is arrested, effectively ending his season.
Kenneth Bell, however, wins his Week 12 matchup and keeps his playoff hopes alive.
While on the outside, Kenneth Bell may be able to keep the Barksdale organization afloat while Jesse Barksdale faces up to a year in prison.
