Two weeks before the WCC Draft started... I met with the Commissioner of the League.
The Commissioner informed me, that I was being given a second chance.
A chance to play in this league again.
But there was only one catch, I had to remain active.
So I started to ask myself...
Do I have what it takes?
Do I have the time and effort to update my team weekly?
To watch the waiver wire and add the best available players?
To be honest, I wasn't quite sure I had the ability to play at this level.
But then I decided, I'd give it my best shot.
And even after a few early season losses, I didn't give up.
Even after the Commissioner wrote a really mean message warning the "Inactives" to UPDATE THEIR TEAMS.... I didn't give up.
Instead, I dropped Eli Manning.
I added Dak Prescott.
Last year's rookie bust, Melvin Gordon, he went off.
He lead my team to FantasyMania.
And now with just one week left in the season...
